2 suspects classified as ‘dangerous’ arrested

AMMAN — Criminal Investigation Department (CID) personnel have arrested two people classified as dangerous in raids in Irbid and Amman, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) spokesperson said on Wednesday.
CID agents identified the location of a suspect with 25 warrants in Irbid, the spokesperson said, noting that security personnel raided his place and arrested him after he resisted the security force, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Searching his residence, agents seized two weapons, ammunition and narcotic pills. In Amman, security agents identified the location of a suspect with five warrants and arrested him.
The PSD source noted that the two suspects were referred to the judiciary.
