23 people injured in two separate road accidents

AMMAN — Seventeen people were injured on Friday in a collision between a trailer truck and a public transport bus near the Naqab area in Aqaba, according to the Civil Defence Department (CDD).
Rescue teams administered first aid and took the injured to Prince Hashem Military Hospital, where one of them was listed in critical condition.
Also on Friday, six people were injured in a two-vehicle collision in Ajloun, according to Ajloun CDD Director Col. Hani Smadi. CDD cadres took the injured to Al Iman Public Hospital, where four were admitted, while two were transferred to King Abdullah I University Hospital because they were in a critical condition, Smadi said.
