2,315 traffic fines issued amid Tawjihi celebrations — PSD

AMMAN — The Public Security Directorate (PSD) on Monday said that it had issued 2,315 traffic fines for motorcades and reckless driving following the announcement of the General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) results.
The PSD said violating motorists will face administrative procedures and their vehicles will be impounded, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The PSD also arrested eight people in possession of firearms for festive firing.
