31 female public sector employees receiving leadership training

AMMAN — Public Sector Development Minister Majd Shweikeh on Sunday inaugurated the sixth course to improve the leadership skills of female public sector employees.

Some 31 employees from 27 public departments are participating in the five-week programme, implemented by the ministry in cooperation with the USAID-funded Takamol project, Sweikheh said.

The course aims to provide female employees with an opportunity to advance in their jobs, according to a ministry statement.
