409 Syrian refugees enter Jordan in past 48 hours

AMMAN — Border guards received 409 Syrians who entered Jordan through various crossing points over the past 48 hours, an army source said Tuesday.
Children, women and the elderly represented the majority of the arrivals.
Arrangements were made to transfer them to refugee camps.
