648 Syrian refugees enter Jordan over past 24 hours

MAFRAQ — A total of 648 Syrian refugees entered Jordan during the past 24 hours, Brig. Gen. Wadah Hmoud, director of the Syrian refugee camps administration, said on Tuesday.
Another 51 Syrian refugees were repatriated upon their request, he added.
Since the outbreak of the crisis in Syria, the number of refugees has reached 585,756, with 134,811 of them living in camps.
