8 water theft cases detected in southern Shouneh

AMMAN — The Water Ministry, in cooperation with police personnel, has detected eight water theft cases on pipelines supplying southern Shouneh’s Rama region.
A ministry statement on Wednesday said that the thefts were intended to illegally provide water to banana farms and car washes. All illegal fixtures were removed and reports were made on these violations, the ministry said.
