Anti-drug operations will never cease until issue is eliminated — PSD chief

AMMAN — The Public Security Directorate (PSD) will continue with anti-drug operations until the issue is eliminated, PSD Director Maj. Gen. Obaidallah Maaytah said on Tuesday.
During a visit to the Anti-Narcotics Department (AND), Maaytah said that combating drugs has become a national concern and responsibility for all Jordanians, stressing that efforts to arrest drug dealers will never stop, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
He also conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, to AND personnel and the King's pride in their efforts to combat illegal narcotics.
