Army chief to attend Madrid chiefs-of-staff meeting

AMMAN — King’s Military Adviser and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mashal Al Zaben on Sunday departed for Spain on an official visit to participate in the seventh meeting of chiefs-of-staff, held in Madrid.

During the visit, Zaben is scheduled to meet with chiefs-of-staff of participating countries to discuss current conditions in the region and joint international efforts to combat terrorism, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
