Army chief meets Somali counterpart on cooperation, regional issues

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Monday received Somali National Armed Forces Army Chief Gen. Dahir Adan Elmi and an accompanying delegation, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
During their meeting, Freihat and Elmi discussed the latest developments in the region along with means of enhancing cooperation to serve the interests of the armed forces of both countries.
