Audit Bureau discusses cooperation with USAID

AMMAN — The Audit Bureau has initiated relations with many international institutions specialised in financial monitoring to exchange expertise and knowledge and develop the bureau’s performance at the local and international level, Bureau President Abed Kharabsheh said on Thursday.
At a meeting with a USAID delegation, he expressed the bureau’s readiness to cooperate with the agency in serving the national economy, enhancing the bureau’s performance and exchanging expertise, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Kharabsheh and the delegates also discussed cooperation in utilising information technology for monitoring and auditing purposes, updating the bureau’s monitoring tools and implementing projects to enhance its capabilities.
