AMMAN — Ayla Golf Club kicked off activities for its first children’s summer camp, which saw more than 25 participating golf players between the ages of five and 15.

On August 18, the camp’s five days came to an end. The primary goal of the camp was to introduce kids to the sporting activities available at Ayla, including golf, and to motivate them to participate and become familiar with all of Ayla’s amenities so they can make the most of their vacation time, according to a statement from Ayla.

The children’s sports activities included swimming, water skiing, water bouncy-castles and beach volleyball, all of which were held at the B12 Beach Club. Football and basketball were held at Ayla Courts, golf activities held at the Ayla Golf Club and climbing, zip-lining and mini-golf were held at the Rise Adventure Park, according to a statement from Ayla.

Managing Director of Ayla Sahl Dudin said: “This year’s camp embodies Ayla’s efforts to train and qualify young golf players to practise other sporting activities and events and additionally, to position Ayla as a favourite place for children to spend time doing their favourite activities.”
