Bakhit appointed new chief commissioner of ASEZA

AMMAN — Nayef Bakhit was sworn in as chief commissioner of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) on Monday before Prime Minister Omar Razzaz.
A Royal Decree was issued approving the Cabinet’s decision to appoint Bakhit.

A Royal Decree was issued on Sunday approving the Cabinet’s decision to appoint former minister Hani Mulki as chief commissioner of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority for a four-year term, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority’s (ASEZA) new administrative by-law will stipulate appointing a commissioner for the city’s affairs in charge of an advisory board consisting of Aqaba residents, ASEZA Chief Commissioner Hani Mulki said Thursday.
