Botanical garden inaugurated at PSD

AMMAN — Assistant of Public Security Directorate (PSD) director for administration and logistics support Brigadier General Mutasem Abu Shattal on Wednesday inaugurated a botanical garden at the directorate.

The garden, the opening of which coincided with Arab Environment Week, is established with the aim to protect endangered plants and their environment, Shattal said. He noted that these efforts are part of the PSD’s national projects, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The ceremony also featured an environmental exhibition organised by the Royal Department for Environment Protection and Tourism, showcasing the latest strategies for environment protection.
