Business association signs agreement with Spain to increase commercial ties

AMMAN — The Jordan Europe Business Association (JEBA) and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce on Saturday signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation to increase commercial exchange between Jordan and Spain.
The memo, signed by JEBA President Jamal Fariz and Secretary General of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce Adolfo Díaz-Ambrona, aims at encouraging the establishment of joint ventures and facilitating procedures for participating in events organised by either side, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
It also aims at exchanging economic and commercial information, and acquainting the two sides with the investment laws and regulations of both countries. Fariz said that the memo is part of the JEBA’s efforts to enhance cooperation with private-sector institutions in Europe.
