‘China to present $4.8 million worth of humanitarian aid to Jordan’

AMMAN — The Chinese government will present $4.8 million worth of humanitarian assistance to Jordan to help it shoulder its humanitarian mission towards Syrian refugees, according to the Cabinet.
At a session chaired by Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour on Wednesday, the Council of Ministers thanked China for its support of Jordan in various fields, including its assistance to the Kingdom to shoulder social and economic burdens resulting from the influx of Syrian refugees.
