AMMAN — The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) and the Amman Chamber of Industry (ACI) on Wednesday signed an agreement to launch the national initiative: "Electronic Internationalisation of the Jordanian Factories”.
The memorandum aims to improve the online promotion and sales of Jordanian factories by utilising the capabilities of youth through volunteer work, allowing them to apply their skills and help them enter the labour market as qualified employees or business owners.
The initiative, through Nahno volunteer platform, will focus on launching a laboratory for online promotion and sales, including a comprehensive service programme for the guidance, training and creation of promotional materials, as well as networking opportunities.
The young volunteers, after receiving training, will help in developing these materials, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. As per the memo, liaison officers will be assigned to follow up on progress and form teams to work on the programmes.
