Culinary arts academy bags excellence award

AMMAN — The King Abdullah II Centre for Excellence (KACE), the representative of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), has awarded the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) the EFQM’s Committed to Excellence (C2E) 2 Star Certificate.
The RACA is the first educational institution specialised in hospitality that has offered the C2E 2 Star Certificate in Jordan and Europe, as this accreditation is a global recognition of the academy's adoption of international best practices, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
During a ceremony held on Tuesday, Executive Director of KACE Ibrahim Al Rawabdeh, handed over the certificate to Chairman of the Board of Trustees of RACA Wajih Owais and Director of RACA Jacques Rossel.
