Developing healthcare services in Zarqa a priority — Hiasat

AMMAN — Developing health services in Zarqa Governorate is a top priority, Health Minister Ali Hiasat said Saturday during a meeting at the new Zarqa Hospital, indicating that the new hospital there signifies a qualitative leap towards achieving service goals.
Zarqa Hospital has a capacity of 400 beds, expandable to 500, at a cost of JD70 million, and will be provided with medical, nursing and technical cadre of 1,200 persons.
In addition, the hospital will be equipped with the latest medical equipment at a cost of JD15 million.
