Grand Mufti takes oath before PM following Royal decree

AMMAN — Grand Mufti Ahmad Hasanat took the legal oath before Prime Minister Bisher Al Khasawneh on Sunday following the issuance of a Royal decree appointing Hasanat as Grand Mufti. The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs Ibrahim Jazi, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
