Guidebooks outline Foreign Ministry, Palestinian affairs department services

AMMAN — The Ministry of Public Sector Development has finished preparing service guidebooks for the Foreign Ministry and the Department of Palestinian Affairs, according to a ministry statement released Sunday.

Public Sector Development Minister Khleef Al Khawaldeh said joint technical teams reviewed the services these institutions offer and identified the public services citizens need.

The ministry’s guidebook covers 34 services, while the department’s guidebook includes 23 services, added the minister.
