Hearings into ‘Hamas case’ continue

AMMAN — The State Security Court (SSC) on Sunday listened to the testimony of seven prosecution witnesses from the General Intelligence Department in the so-called “Hamas case”.
The SSC decided to call the rest of the prosecution witnesses to testify and adjourned the session to May 19.
The defendants are accused of making explosives with the intent to disturb public order and jeopardise the safety of the community. They are also charged with joining and recruiting persons to join armed groups.
