Higher Education Ministry launches foreign students e-services website

AMMAN — The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Thursday launched the foreign students’ e-services website http://www.studyinjordan.jo to facilitate their admission in Jordanian universities, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The ministry’s Secretary General Ahed Wahadneh said that the website introduces students to the various Jordanian higher education institutions as well as the social and economic aspects of the country, adding that students can apply to the Kingdom’s various universities and receive an initial acceptance within three days.
Wahadneh said that the project is an implementation of the 2017-2022 national strategy for attracting more foreign students, stressing that the continued cooperation between the ministry and the Jordanian universities is essential for the project’s success.
