‘Human error’ blamed for fatal ceiling collapse at Tafileh university

TAFILEH — The Tafileh Technical University has issued a statement on a worker who died when the ceiling of a sports hall collapsed.
Human error led to the collapse which fatally injured one of the technical workers, the statement said, offering condolences to the family of the deceased.
