Hungarian president visits Baptism Site, Mount Nebo

AMMAN — Hungarian President János Áder and First Lady Anita Herczegh on Tuesday visited the Baptism Site on the Jordan River and Mount Nebo, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The president and his wife were accompanied by Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs and Minister of State Musa Maaytah.
During the visit, the couple toured churches and other ancient structures near the Baptism site, where Christians believe Jesus Christ was baptised by John the Baptist.
