‘Inmates hospitalised over suspected food poisoning’

AMMAN — Ten inmates at the Um Allulu correctional and rehabilitation centre were briefly hospitalised on Tuesday evening after suffering from suspected food poisoning, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday.
The inmates were treated at Mafraq Hospital and returned to the centre in good health, Petra reported, adding that samples had been taken from food they had eaten and an investigation was under way.
