Investment Ministry, Qatar Investment Promotion Agency discuss cooperation

AMMAN — Secretary General of the Investment Ministry Zaher Qatarneh and CEO of Investment Promotion Agency of Qatar Sheikh Ali Alwaleed Al Thani on Wednesday discussed methods of enhacing cooperation between the two sides.
The two institutions agreed to sign a cooperation agreement regarding investment promotion and to hold a Jordanian-Qatari investment forum in both countries in order to promote investment opportunities and increase communication between the nations’ private sectors, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The meeting was held in coordination with the Jordanian embassy in Doha on the sidelines of Qatarneh's visit to Qatar with the aim of discussing arrangements for the Kingdom's participation in Horticultural Expo 2023 Doha, according to the ministry.
