JHCO, KSrelief launch ‘Kanaf in Jordan’ project

AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO) and King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), on Wednesday launched the “Kanaf in Jordan” project, meant to distribute winter clothing to Syrian and Palestinian refugees and underprivileged families across Jordan.
Kanaf aims to secure winter clothing for 23,529 beneficiaries through offering shopping coupons, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
As winter approaches, JHCO, with the help of KSrelief, sought to provide winter clothing to the underprivileged families, Secretary-General of the JHCO Hussein Al Shilbi said.
Director of kSrelief in Jordan Saud Abd Al Aziz Al Huzaim said that the project is a continuation of the centre's relief efforts in support of the families in accordance with strategic plans and coordination with specialised authorities.
