AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO) on Wednesday dispatched 10 trucks laden with flour to the Gaza Strip.
JHCO Secretary General Ayman Mifleh said that the aid convoy was sent in response to a UN call which stressed the scarcity of this commodity in the coastal enclave.
He noted that the JHCO delivers all types of relief and humanitarian assistance to Gazans, in cooperation with related entities.
Mifleh called on all donor countries and organisations, as well as international and Arab institutions to continue supporting Gaza.
