JIC chief tours Sahab industrial city

AMMAN — The Jordan Investment Commission (JIC) on Tuesday checked on the procedures in King Abdullah II Industrial City in Sahab.
CEO of the Jordan Industrial Estates Corporation (JIEC) Omar Jwaid, during the visit, briefed JIC Chairman Khaled Wazani on the industrial city's work during the COVID-19 pandemic, lauding the commission’s efforts towards supporting domestic industries and easing measures for businesspeople in various sectors, according to a JIC statement.
President of Jordan Investors Association Bassam Hamad emphasised the importance of communication between the investors in industrial cities and the JIC, highlighting the role of investment sectors in the south and southeast of Amman in supporting the Jordanian industrial sector.
