Jordan condemns ‘cowardly attack’ targeting cemetery in Saudi Arabia

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry on Wednesday condemned “the cowardly attack” that targeted a cemetery in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, resulting in two injuries.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Deifallah Fayez reiterated the Kingdom’s denouncement of such attacks that target innocent people, stressing that these acts contradict all religious and humanitarian values, according to a ministry statement.
Fayez also voiced Jordan’s solidarity with Saudi Arabia in facing any threats against its security and stability. The spokesperson wished the injured a speedy recovery.
