Jordan delegation urges Egyptian investments in Kingdom

AMMAN — Director General of the Jordan Free and Development Zones Group (JFDZG) Mashhour Tarawneh on Monday called on Egyptian businesspeople to establish investments in the industrial and service sectors.
Participating in the 21st Jordanian-Egyptian Business Council, Tarawneh reviewed available investment opportunities in the Kingdom’s free zones, mainly at the airport, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
He also highlighted the importance of current partnerships between the JFDZG and relevant public departments, as the group is keen on further enhancing such relations to increase the added value of free zones for the national economy.
The director general also urged for developing free zones in the Kingdom to become productive exporting zones to regional and international markets, according to Petra.
