Jordan denounces ‘cowardly’ terror attack in Afghanistan

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry on Saturday condemned the terrorist bombing that hit the Ghazni Province in eastern Afghanistan on Friday, which resulted in the death and injury of dozens of innocent children.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Deifallah Fayez reiterated the Kingdom’s "strong" condemnation of this "cowardly" terror act that targeted innocent people, which contradicts with all religious and humanitarian values and principles, and aims to destabilise security and stability, according to a ministry statement.
Fayez expressed condolences to the Afghan government and people and the victims' families, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
