AMMAN — Jordan Red Crescent (JRC) on Thursday received humanitarian aid from Pakistan for underprivileged Jordanian and Syrian families, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
During a meeting with Pakistani Ambassador to Jordan Junaid Rehmat, JRC President Mohammad Mutlaq Hadid said that the Jordanian community has shared with the Syrian refugees the services of education, health, energy, water, jobs and infrastructure out of the sense of the humanitarian and pan-Arab values that the Kingdom is based on.
He pointed out the adaptation of Jordanians with such circumstances requires the international community and organisations’ support to the Kingdom.
The Pakistani aid included medical and foodstuff parcels that will be distributed in Mafraq and Lubban in Sahab District.
