Jordan, South Korea discuss water infrastructure projects

AMMAN — Water Minister Raed Abul Saud and South Korean Ambassador to Jordan Bom-yon Lee on Thursday met to discuss supporting water projects in the Kingdom, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Lee voiced his country’s readiness to support Jordan to overcome its water challenges, while Abul Saud highlighted the steps Jordan has taken, noting that the Kingdom was one of the first countries to adopt programmes to enhance their available water resources.
He commended Korea’s cooperation and support, expressing hope to establish renewable energy projects in the water sector.
