Jordanian child injured in Turkey attack dies

AMMAN — The Jordanian child, Ryan Shreim, who was injured in the Ataturk Airport terrorist attack last week, died on Saturday of his wounds, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The four-year-old boy’s father, Mohammad Saeed Shreim, was also injured in the attack but is alive and receiving treatment, while his mother died during the suicide bombing.
Shreim’s wife, identified as Sundus Sadeh, was a Palestinian woman holding a temporary Jordanian passport.
Over 40 people were killed in Tuesday’s attack, nearly 19 of whom were foreign nationals, according to international news agencies.
Another woman holding a temporary Jordanian passport, Nisreen Hammad, was also confirmed dead. The bodies were transferred through Queen Alia International Airport to their native town of Qalqilya in the West Bank, where they were laid to rest.
