Jordan’s envoy presents credentials to Thai king

AMMAN — Jordanian Ambassador Thamer Adwan on Tuesday presented his credentials to King of Thailand Maha Vajiralongkorn, as Jordan's non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Thailand.
According to a Foreign Mnistry statement, cited by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the ceremony was held at the Dusit Palace in Bangkok, in the presence of a number of senior officials from the palace and the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Adwan conveyed His Majesty King Abdullah's greetings and wishes of continued good health to the Thai king, as well as King Abdullah's wishes of further prosperity and growth for the Thai people. The Thai king requested that the newly appointed envoy convey his greetings and well wishes to His Majesty and the Jordanian government and people.
