Jordan’s Paralympians return home to heroes’ welcome

AMMAN — HH Prince Raad and HH Prince Mired, president of the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (HCD), on Wednesday received members of the Kingdom’s Paralympic team after their participation in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
Prince Raad praised the achievements of the athletes who made Jordan among the top countries in the Paralympic Games, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Prince Mired also congratulated the athletes for their notable performance, highlighting the importance of supporting Paralympic athletes.
The Jordanian team bagged four gold medals and one bronze.
