Katamine orders update of national recruitment strategy

AMMAN — Labour Minister Nidal Katamine on Wednesday directed the team entrusted with following up on the implementation of the national recruitment strategy to update it.
The minister said the strategy should take labour market developments into account, especially the repercussions of the Syrian refugee influx into Jordan.
Katamine asked the various concerned entities to remove any hurdles that may preclude the achievement of the strategy’s goals.
