AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday accepted the credentials of a number of newly appointed ambassadors to Jordan, during a ceremony at Basman Palace.
King Abdullah accepted the credentials of ambassadors Hilal Al Maamari of Oman, Shimazaki Kaoru of Japan, Chen Chuandong of China, Bernard Lynch of Australia, and Lucjan Karpiski of Poland, as well as non-resident ambassadors Igor Pellicciari of San Marino, Ilir Dugolli of Kosovo, and Fernando Helo of Colombia, according to a Royal Court statement.
Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi attended the ceremony.
