King congratulates Qatar, Bahrain on national days

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday sent a cable to Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani on the occasion of his country’s independence day. In the cable, the King wished the Qatari people and leadership further prosperity, a Royal Court statement said.

Also on Thursday, His Majesty sent a cable to Bahraini King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, congratulating him on Bahrain’s 45th national day and the 17th anniversary of his accession to the throne.

King Abdullah also sent cables to Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Niger President Mahamadou Issoufou, congratulating them on their countries’ national days, the statement added.
