King meets leaders of Somalia, Kazakhstan, and Guinea-Bissau in New York

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday held separate meetings in New York with Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Guinea-Bissau President Úmaro Sissoco Embaló.
At the meetings, held on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, King Abdullah discussed means of strengthening Jordan’s relations with the three countries, according to a Royal Court statement.
The meetings covered the latest regional and international developments, as well as finding political solutions to crises in the region and the world.
Discussions also covered the importance of galvanising efforts to deal with the implications of the crisis in Ukraine on energy and food security.
HRH Crown Prince Hussein attended the meetings with the presidents of Somalia and Kazakhstan.
