King receives credentials of new ambassadors

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday received the credentials of a number of newly appointed ambassadors to Jordan during a ceremony held at Basman Palace.
Ambassadors Sherif Kamel of Egypt, Joseph Kotski of the Czech Republic, Andreas Kouzoupis of Cyprus, Zaza Kandelaki of Georgia, Fabio Cassese of Italy, Mato Zeko of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Oscar Wustinger of Austria and non-resident Zambian ambassador, Joseph Chalengi, according to a Royal Court statement.
The diplomats laid wreaths on the tombs of Their Majesties the late King Hussein, King Abdullah I and King Talal. Royal Court Chief Yousef Issawi and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi attended the ceremony.
