Kreishan urges adherence to defence orders

AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local Administration Tawfiq Kreishan, and acting-interior minister, on Thursday stressed the necessity of strict observance to defence orders, notably adherence to curfew hours, vowing legal measures against violators of regulations enforced to curb the COVID-19 pandemic.
During his virtual meeting with governors, Kreishan said that field visits to self-quarantined people are ongoing, in implementation of Royal directives towards protecting public health.
On social gatherings, the minister reiterated the need to prevent any social gatherings that exceed 20 people, in accordance with the adopted health protocol, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
