Lower House denounces Israeli measures in Al Aqsa

AMMAN — The Lower House on Tuesday denounced the “Zionist criminal attacks” against Islamic holy sites at Al Haram Al Sharif.
In a statement, the House said the continued flagrant acts of aggression on the land of Palestine, the Palestinian people and Islamic sites there reflect the Israelis’ arrogance, and violation of human rights and international laws.
They also constitute acts of terrorism that threatens regional and international peace and security.
The House called for pursuing diplomatic, political and legal efforts to expose Israel’s use of arms to oppress civilians and prevent them from entering Al Aqsa Mosque compound to perform prayers.
