Mashare wedding shooter turns himself in to authorities

AMMAN — A Jordanian man on Friday mistakenly shot nine people during a wedding in the Mashare village, in the Northern Jordan Valley, then turned himself over to the police.
He claims to have lost control of the firearm while participating in a celebratory shooting ritual, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Irbid Governor Radwan Otoum said that the injured victims were hospitalised and listed in fair medical conditions.
