Ministry to assign specialised doctors to Mafraq health centres

AMMAN — Health Minister Mahmoud Sheyyab on Saturday said that the ministry will cooperate with the Mafraq Health Directorate in assigning specialised doctors from public hospitals to help in presenting medical services to patients of comprehensive health centres in the governorate.
During a tour at health centres in several parts of the governorate, Sheyyab directed stakeholders in the ministry to dispatch a technical team to check on necessary maintenance needed at health facilities in Mafraq, some 80km northeast of Amman, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. He also urged stakeholders to provide health facilities with medical equipment, X-ray devices and ambulances.
