Mulki to begin Japan visit Wednesday

AMMAN — Japanese Ambassador to Jordan Shuichi Sakurai on Sunday welcomed Prime Minister Hani Mulki's four-day visit to Tokyo, scheduled to start on Wednesday, expressing hope that the visit will strengthen friendship between Jordan and Japan.
The ambassador said that Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga issued a statement, in which he said that Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will hold a meeting with Mulki on bilateral cooperation issues, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
