One dead, 7 injured in road accidents

AMMAN — One man died and seven people were injured in car accidents across the Kingdom Tuesday night, according to the Civil Defence Department (CDD).
In Irbid, a man died after his car overturned near the Ramtha bridge, while four people were injured in a two-vehicle collision near the Arab Potash Company in Karak, the CDD said, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The CDD added that the injured were transported to Al Safi Public Hosiptal where they were listed in fair condition. Also Tuesday night, three injured people were taken to the Italian Hospital after they were hit by a car in the Ain Ghazal region in Amman.
