AMMAN — The “Our flag is high” national campaign kicked off on Monday in celebration of the Jordanian Flag Day, which annually falls on April 16.
The campaign, organised by the Ministry of Culture in cooperation with various state institutions, seeks to augment Ramadaniyat programme’s activities, which see wide participation across the Kingdom, and to highlight the values of the Jordanian flag and the meaning of its colours, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The campaign includes several activities, including screening films that feature the national values and attributes of the Jordanian flag on TV and social media platforms. A large flag painting will also be made by children.
